Voice prompts may be suitable as permanent help or as a temporary help condition that is deactivated when the activity is mastered.
Simple reminders, pleasant messages or sharing social stories are examples of the use of voice messages in e-plan.
Expert tips!
If a verbal reminder must be given repeatedly after the action has been initiated/performed, the help has come too late! By communicating the help in the form of recorded voice messages before the action is performed, the help will be less corrective and more effective. By organizing the help in this way, we often see that the reminder can be quickly removed as the voice message has led to mastery of the activity.

How to activate voice prompts on an activity
Settings
Check that the function switch you want is activated in the settings and linked to the activity as shown in the picture (Blue switch)
Design of individual activities
Pressing the microphone symbol activates the voice recorder. When the symbol is red, the recording is in progress. When the voice message has been entered, press the stop symbol. If you want to hear the recording before saving, you can press "play". If you are not completely satisfied, Lyen will be overwritten by pressing the microphone symbol again. Finally press "Save" (green button at the top) when the activity has been adjusted.
