Symbol marking is an opportunity to highlight or clarify the characteristics of an activity or choice. The marking is based on the same principle as "keyhole marking" of food in the store, but there is an opportunity to use completely different symbols in the form of emojis. The function makes it possible to clarify "smart choices", for example, a doctor's recommendation 👩⚕️

By combining symbol marking with choices and points, one can create a fun and visual motivation system that also safeguards the person's self-determination.

For example, a "heart choice" ❤️ can be worth 10 points while a "star choice" ⭐️ can be worth 5 points.

How to activate symbol marking on an activity

Settings

Check that the function switch you want is activated in the settings. This is shown by the switch turning blue.

Design of individual activities

Press the symbol marking switch so that it turns blue. A "smiley face" will appear at the top right of the image. By pressing this symbol, you will have access to a large number of emojis. Select the emoji and finish by pressing "Save" at the top of the page.
