Colored frames
Color coding of activities is an effective way of categorizing activities or conveying information about the characteristics of activities. There are no specific "rules" for what meaning the individual color has, but many use colors, for example, to show whether an activity is a "Should" or "Should" (cf. behavior agreements). Others use colors to signal where the activity is to be carried out or whether it is to be done alone or with assistance.
Subject tips!
Color coding has also proven to be a smart way to communicate to employees that there is "new info" related to certain activities. If, for example, an activity has a red frame, employees should consult the professional system to ensure that the activity is arranged according to wishes and needs.
