The “new e-plan” is here, and we’re excited to show what this completely new solution has to offer. The first version being released includes most of the features from the previous app, but also introduces some new ones as illustrated below.
The new e-plan is a brand-new app, but you can use the same login as in the old one. The content must be created again, but you can continue using the old app while at the same time creating new content in the new app during a transition phase.

Dashboard

Access management

The dashboard in e-plan provides a quick overview of the different modes and can be access-controlled according to needs and responsibilities.

Soon, it will be possible to customize administrator access so that a “superuser” can have full access, while an assistant, for example, may only have access to the daily planner and the points bank.

The new daily planner makes it easy to place activities in the right spot in the plan. Categories replace the previous folders and help improve organization and overview.

In the new e-plan, the content (the activity library and the plan) will follow your user-ID in the same way as on Netflix and Spotify. This ensures backup and makes it possible to manage a plan without having physical access to the device. The feature can be disabled in the app settings, and it will still be possible to use e-plan offline with local storage only on the device.

Fast, clear, and easy to navigate

The new app responds instantly to keystrokes and features improved contrast and color coding. The user mode remains just as simple and intuitive as before, with everything tailored to individual needs.

Note! The new e-plan can also be used in portrait mode!

Text tiles

Use text instead of symbols/pictures

It’s now finally easy to use text instead of images or symbols. Simply enter a title, and optionally a description, without adding an image — it will then be displayed as word-pictures in the plan.

Emojis

Emojis as symbols

In the new e-plan, emojis can be used to symbolize activities 🚴‍♂️ or to communicate messages in the way we’re all familiar with 💪🏽💪🏽.

e-plan now provides access to a wide selection of emojis, making it quick and easy to find useful symbols.

Integrated activity library

Collecting images and symbols to illustrate activities can be time-consuming. We now offer the option to use a set of activities that can either be used as they are or adapted to your needs. Follow “Jo” in daily tasks!

Bank for points

Better control and administration

The new points bank makes it easy to get an overview of activities and approve their completion. The points added to an activity are automatically added to the balance and can be withdrawn or exchanged.
