Habtech AS takes your privacy seriously. The privacy statement is designed to let you know what information is stored, where it is stored and what rights you have as a user of our solutions. The application solution e-talk ASK has been developed in accordance with the Privacy Ordinance; General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter abbreviated as GDPR.

What information is stored?
e-talk ASK does not collect any information about you and does not require any form of registration. e-talk ASK only creates images and sound that you choose to enter in the app. The information is only stored locally on your device and HabTech AS has no opportunity to monitor or retrieve your content in e-talk ASK.
HabTech AS has access to general analysis data such as the number of downloads, geographical distribution of downloads and other anonymised statistics and information from Apple.
Why is this information stored?
The information stored in the app is only information that is necessary for the use of the app. Use of e-talk ASK presupposes that pictures are stored. Audio recording is not required, but will significantly increase the user experience.
Who has access to the information?
You as a user have access to the information stored in e-talk ASK. Anyone who is given access to your device where you have installed e-talk ASK will be able to access the information you have stored. Access to save, edit or delete content requires login with a standardized password.
Where / how is the information stored?
The information is only stored locally on your device.
How long is the information stored?
The information will be available as long as you have installed e-talk ASK on your device. If you delete the app, the content will also be deleted and will not be recoverable.
How can I access or delete the information?
You as a user always have an overview of what information you have available in the app and can whenever you wish delete photos or the app and associated content.
